Company: Talimarjan Operations and Maintenance (TAQA, UAE) - TPP1 is a project company, established by Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and Talimarjan Issiqlik Elektr Stansiyasi JSC (TIES), for privatization and further operation of a gas-fired power generation plant and associated facilities, which are currently part of the Talimarjan power complex in Uzbekistan.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Office Operations Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of various office functions and deliver cost savings by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Employee Onboarding & Training: Responsible for the onboarding process for new hires, with all necessary office resources provided in a timely manner.
Facilities Management: Monitor the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs and upgrades.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Compliance: Maintain office policies and standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Resource Management: Regularly review and assess office equipment, supplies, and resources to ensure they are adequate and used efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
